It served her well and I can see why. She says: “Well, I put the onus back on them and said, ‘I don’t want more. I don’t want less. I want what everyone at my level is getting.’ I ended up receiving a great compensation package of salary, equity, and benefits because I asked for transparency and for what was fair. Women, we must know our worth and not just ask for it – demand it!”
